Q: Help! My Peptide Pen is missing the cartridge holder!
A: The cartridge holder can sometimes get stuck inside the cap portion. You'll notice the chrome ring that is actually the end of the cartridge holder is showing at the end of the cap. Please put the pen together and firmly screw together, then pull apart like a standard ink pen.
















Q: Help! My Peptide Pen's plunger (the part that looks like a screw) will not extend!
A: The Peptide pen requires a cartridge to be installed inside of the cartridge holder and screwed firmly into the pen base to function normally.
